Cookbook Revised

Cookbook Revised
can some one revise this for me?

It is said that about 85% of Americans have a high school diploma. Over 60% of high school graduates attend college, but less than 30% of them will graduate. I don’t want to be that 90% of Americans who drop out. Right before I know it, I will be out on my own trying to make something of myself. And boy, do I have big plans. I have decided to become a culinary arts chef. Going to college, opening a café/bakery (plan in the back), writing a cookbook, and creating my own television show are some of the thing I want to do. And yes, I plan on achieving those entire goals. It is never to early for me too get a head start now.

where does the 90% come from? 85% have a diploma and 30% finish college, maybe I read it wrong but I can’t figure how the 90% dropping out came to be. Drop the “Right” from “Right before I know it”, change the “too” and “to” around in the last sentence. (It’s not too early to get a head start.) instead of “acheiving those entire goals” say “plan on acheiving all these goals, or even “these entire goals” .That’s what I would do anyways. I’m assuming this is not a formal paper.
